Securing space for electric vehicles: electrical and charging
          facilities
Approximately KRW 14.6 billion was invested to install main power lines, piping
and wiring, and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facilities. In alignment with rising
EV adoption, the Phase 4 construction project significantly expanded EV charging
infrastructure. Fifty new EV chargers were installed, including 20 chargers within

Transportation Center 2. The charging facilities were distributed not only within
the expanded sections but also across 10 different locations, such as IIAC Office
Buildings, ensuring accessibility for passengers and meeting increasing EV
          demand.

Furthermore, a plan was established to install 190 additional chargers by the end
of 2024, with a shift to a unified system for managing EV charging fees under an
in-house management system. After the expansion of Transportation Center 2, a
983kW solar power generation system was installed on the rooftop, enhancing the

          use of renewable energy.
