Phase 3 airside facility
The priority was expanding the apron given rising aviation demand, while the second priority was connecting facilities for
passenger and cargo transportation with Terminal 1, Concourse, and Terminal 2. IIAC drew up a plan for Apron 2, curbside,
IAT/BHS tunnels, and taxi lanes and started construction of these civil engineering facilities in October 2013.
