Apron 2 consists of 37 attached stands, 19 remote stands, stands for Code F
                                                                                     aircraft (ultra-large), remote stands near the terminals, multi-purpose stands,

                                                                                     and the Multi Aircraft Ramping System (MARS). The IAT/BHS tunnel is an
                                                                                     underground structure designed to link various utilities including electricity,
                                                                                     communications, water supply, shuttle train, and BHS among Terminal 1,
                                                                                     Concourse, and Terminal 2. Phase 3 connected the existing structure with

                                                                                     Terminal 2. It is as long as 657.6 meters with a plan to build shuttle train stations
                                                                                     in the Terminal 2 Apron. Phase 3 included the taxilane bridge (R17) connecting
                                                                                     Runways 1 and 2 and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) bridge, which was
                                                                                     constructed for the first time in Korea. The design of the taxilane bridge was

                                                                                     inspired by the wings of an airplane and the GSE bridge by a Korean traditional
                                                                                     gateway.
