Incheon Airport launched the shuttle train project in November
2003, which involved producing 9 trains, installing a signal
control system, power supply system, platform screen doors,
and track infrastructure. After about a year of commissioning,
potential issues and areas for improvement were analyzed to
minimize passenger inconvenience.
