Constructing Concourse,

a new landmark

Concourse was the most prominent
facility among the architectural
projects of Phase 2. Covering a total

area of 167,000 square meters, it was
built on the north side of Terminal
1, with 2 underground stories and 5
above-ground stories. The Concourse

is 40 meters wide, 918.4 meters long,
and 34.2 meters high. In response
to changing aviation demand and
a comprehensive review of aircraft

parking plans, 30 fixed boarding
bridges were installed: 5 for Code F
aircraft, 12 for Code E, and 13 for
Code D.
