tower is a steel structure with 1 underground
story and 12 above-ground stories, standing

about 65.09 meters tall. The exterior features
aluminum panels and a glass curtain wall,
designed to align architecturally with Concourse
and harmonize with the overall airport aesthetic.

The construction was divided into 2 phases.
First, the underground portion of the control
tower was connected to the north section of
Concourse. Afterwards, after the package work

for structural framework, finishing work, and
auxiliary facilities of Concourse began, the
remaining construction, including the upper
structure was conducted in June 2006. Despite

various challenges, the new apron control tower
was successfully completed. It was recognized
as a model example of curtain wall construction,
drawing significant attention from industry

professionals.
