Fishing Village New Deal Project was created. As it was located on a hill, an
observation deck was built for people to enjoy the sea view. It also turned a large-
scale green area near the southern access roads of Terminal 1 into resting areas
for airport complex employees and passengers as part of efforts to make Incheon
Airport green.
