Building the framework: expansion structure & finishing work
The structural and finishing work was divided into east and west sections for order placements. To minimize interference
among project packages, the exterior and finishing processes were combined, and the sections were separated. Despite issues
like a sharp rise in raw material prices during construction, IIAC prevented the worst-case scenario of halting construction
through better communication with contractors and contract adjustments to reflect price fluctuations. As a result, the
underground structural work was completed in March 2022, the above-ground structural work in November, and the exterior
and roofing work began in July 2022.
