          Proving itself as the

          world’s best airport







          Incheon Airport became the world’s first airport to be awarded with the Grade 5 (highest grade) customer experience
          accreditation for the third time at the Sixth Customer Experience Global Summit in September 2024. The Customer
          Experience Accreditation Program is a comprehensive airport evaluation system introduced by the Airports Council

          International (ACI). It goes beyond the traditional Airport Service Quality (ASQ) assessments to evaluate the entire customer
          journey—from pre-departure to boarding—along with innovations in service from various perspectives. It was introduced
          in April 2019, and Incheon Airport received Grade 3 in 2020, Grade 4 in 2021, and became the first airport in the world to
          receive Grade 5 in 2022. It received Grade 5 again in 2023 and 2024, proving its world class infrastructure and service once

          again.
