With demand for Incheon Airport expected to continue

Hong Kong’s Chek Lap Cok, Japan’s Narita, and China’s
Pudong are aggressively expanding their infrastructure,
including the completion of third independent runway

systems and terminal expansions, This has intensified the

Considering the lengthy construction period of 8 to 10 years
required for airport construction, from design to completion,
the construction projects at Incheon Airport continue to

prepare for global airport competition and increasing
demand, as well as to drive the development of the national
aviation industry through network expansion.
